  1. There is no way anyone (regardless of how right or aligned with truth and reality), can please everyone. Reviews are often not very reliable even for the material goods, although many rely on these for our purchases. But for matters such as what you write about, it is not worth expecting everyone to “get” the true value of the contents (unless they themselves have sensed the fragrance of the truth contained in it). I trust that those who are likely to benefit from you words, will hopefully still find their way to you (despite the odd misguided review, which by the way is viciously exaggerated to the extent of losing all credibility)!

  2. He says he bought it from a charity shop so I’m am unclear how he is supposedly a verified Amazon customer for the book. Nonetheless I think Ramble is right. I certainly try and ignore any criticism these days. Partly because I am sure I often enough get things wrong. Partly because it’s not worth getting upset. About anything.
