If we accept the view that the Pareto principle means 20% effort produces 80% results then is there a hierarchy of spiritual human beings?
Are they in evolutionary process at any one time? Does it look like this:
Number One level of 80-percenters.
This is where there are no obvious signs of the Reality that creates and rules all creations for ever. This is the worldly realm of mind. Truculent hostility to the very idea of accepting anything else exhibits itself at this level.
Number Two level of 80-percenters.
Here, an hitherto culturally smothered spirituality begins to stir fractionally as a small proportion of the 80% begins to reach entry into the 20% level.
Number Three level of 80-percenters.
These are still impeded by their worldly identities, their strong involuntary attachments to their cultural upbringing.
They are dominated by the mind’s dark side – the ever changing unreal world of ideologies, cults, religions, philosophies, trends, mores and mob-think, (masses are asses?).
Number Four level of 80-percenters.
The Reality of Existence begins to influence and disturb at this low level of awakening. The change is largely unidentified, ignored or even deliberately avoided.
Number Five level of 80-percenters.
Some now slightly spiritually aware 80-percenters begin to enter the 20 percenters region despite themselves.
They remain doubtful but spiritually driven, becoming atheists, agnostics, anti-religionists, even violent activists like St.Paul before his spiritual enlightenment.
Number Six level of 20-percenters.
These ‘hunger and thirst’ for spirituality, are increasingly committed, passionate, have glimmers of their calling. They experience the remaining challenges of their worldly upbringing. they are passionate Seekers.
Number Seven
As Reality reveals Itself this remainder become mystics, fulfilled beyond all human experience, knowledge or expectation.
