Reality designed me,
Nourishes me,
Creates and maintains my body and soul,
Reveals Its purpose.
Though my humanity is impermanent, It comforts me.
Despite my human lust, anger, greed, attachments and ego,
It retrieves me, claims me for Itself.
It dissolves me back into
ever lasting Infinity
It fulfills me;
“My cup runneth over.”
Slowly but surely, Reality returns me to Itself, for ever …

About the author: Keith is a "pratyeka" mystic according to Buddhism because his Mystical Experiences of Reality (MER) were spontaneous. (He is not a Buddhist or member of any religion). He had MERs every year from the age of 15 to 35 years of age. Pratyeka mystics don't teach, preach, evangelise, or prosletise what they know.
