There are an increasing number of scholastic works on psychotherapy and mysticism.
The reason I am interested is because I was sent a PDF on the subject, that gave a reference to Anthony Badalamenti’s “mysticism and psychotherapy”. But I can’t find it.
Can you help me find an eBook copy, or a second-hand paperback?
Usually I don’t read anything that muddies my mystical experiences but I am interested where they substantiate my experiences in matching detail, deliver first-hand evidence to support or prove the existence of this out of the world existence of our true reality.
So I was intrigued because while the mystic experiences I had were nothing whatsoever to do with humanity and in fact removed all my identification with humanity, psychiatry does the opposite, it specifically addresses itself to help humans come to terms with being human! So what’s the book trying to do with mysticism that’s new or true if anything?
Being human is not Reality’s goal for us in my experiences. The very idea is the antithesis of the mystic experiences I had. It is probably the antithesis of all real modern mystic experiences that in my experiences address themselves exclusively to individuals, not the generality of humans, however much humans describe and cluster themselves into races, countries, cultures, ideologies, mythomaniac or disappearing fads and fashions of historically passing mind stuff.
All Is Well.
