We can consider the mind to be a verb because it thinks. Everything in it, good or bad, is a verb, does things. It is an offshoot of the brain.
It asserts itself as an independent energiser of all human conduct – thought, curiosity, ideologies and constructs of the age, but is ephemeral.
It’s existence abrogates authority of the human environment in opposition to the Reality that created it.
Fortunately, Reality always asserts Itself. (Why the negative, evil side of the mind survives evolution remains a mystery for now).
The good news is the mind doesn’t survive death.
Consciousness is a noun. It is an object, not subjective.
It is not Reality as some scientists are surmising. It is an attribute of Reality that harvests the product of the brain.
(Another attribute of Reality is Its direction of the brain to receive and execute Reality’s purpose.)
The brain is primarily though not exclusively a collector of the human experience of humanity‘s perceived environment.
The brain’s findings are delivered to Consciousness. Consciousness then harvests these findings for Reality.
The brain’s known and as yet unknown functionality is created by Reality for Reality’s (exclusive?) use.
All Is Well.
