I sent the below YouTube video to a correspondent who, it turns out, works with AI. This is what he replied:

Correspondent: You could have done this in a 5 second video: “All Is Well”.

Very good though. You know this is AI, right? It’s probably a transcript from his writings, but the voice is synthesized from AI samplings of his voice. And the text and images are created by that software too.

There are now whole podcasts that can be created using 100% real-looking avatars (real famous people, or real ordinary people), with their voices, in any language. Asking back and forth questions and having conversation. I should send you a video. It’s getting weird!

Me: Your reply shocks me. I had no idea AI was so developed.

But I had my suspicions because of some poor, non-traditional editing, broken narration, odd pauses, and pointless repetitions.

I’ve heard adverts in Rogan’s voice and other celebrities’ voices pushing unlikely products with snake-oil sales gusto, but had no idea the process was so artificially controlled. Doesn’t copyright apply?

Nevertheless, the Watts’ message seems genuinely Watts because I know what he says is spiritually true.

You’re right in summing up ‘his’ monologue as “All Is Well”. My realisation strengthens daily that we’re each closely directed towards Reality’s purpose without our intervention.

I’ve had that come to me directly in one very early mystic experience, and ever since by the intuition my mystic experiences gave me. I was even unexpectedly admonished in a later experience for going off in a deliberate direction of my own.

We’re in good hands. All IS Well. Reality Rules.
