Ordinary, mundane, humanly perceived reality, yes, I agree. That’s what my mystical experiences give me to understand.

No. Happiness is merely human, short-lived, unlasting. Contentment is lasting.
And no, contentment is not internal.
Contentment is an attribute of cosmic Reality, shared as a fruit of the mystical experience of Reality, (MER).
