Mystics, philosophers and scientists grapple with the question of the nature of reality but mystics prioritize experiential insight. The others just emphasize made up human intellectual systems, mere curiosity.
I have found when Reality reveals Its purpose it does so in a language I can only express thusly: ‘It, Happens’.
There is an underlying human bias toward the idea Reality is all about humans. Not in my experiences!
I have experienced Reality spontaneously, without books or learning. I am not called to evangelise, preach, teach or proselytise these experiences.
I was told my experiences seem to make me fit the description of a pratyekabuddha though I am not a Buddhist. I was also told that I am Brahm though I’m not Hindu.
If so this would explain why I don’t relegate Reality to the level of a mere cultural construction of the human mind! It seems to me humanity is on the cusp of extinction, its purpose ‘soon’ to be exhausted, replaced by a superior AI. Humanity has very little presence in the larger picture of Reality, in my experience.
So why do I bother to publish and write a blog about It you may rightly ask?
The answer is, I instinctively resisted Reality’s call to do such a thing but ultimately realised that Reality does not negotiate!
In my experience Reality is, as some scientists suggest, a growing non-human conscious energy outside all human experience that creates all things, including humans.
Apparently Reality’s persistent urgings were in answer to my request/prayer to keep Reality in my daily life. Part of what I’d asked for was also fulfillment of my need to keep the feral intrusiveness of homo sapiens in its proper, lower, perspective. It worked.
The blog’s working! My days and nights are filled with Reality. Magnificently. Therefore I can heartily recommend the practice of ‘Ask and It Shall Be Given’!
