This is one of the very best descriptions of mysticism and the human race’s experience, it’s useless attempts to express or use the phenomena, I have ever come across.

I think it will resonate profoundly with true mystics and Seekers.

  1. Wonderful. I have read Watts but never heard his voice before. You rarely hear that clipped BBC accent these days. Canterbury Cathedral and the Kings School are so very familiar to me and I have no doubt contributed to his sense of wonder. He was certainly a man who had the courage of his convictions and lived his life accordingly.

    Lovely video and a fascinating fellow.
