Why Is the Mystical Experience of Reality (MER) Spontaneous?
The Mystical Experience of Reality (MER) is spontaneous because Reality itself chooses when and to whom it reveals Itself. It is not produced by human effort, practice, teaching, religion, or any mental technique.
Grok has identified many instances of MER throughout human history, even before writing was discovered. I turned those notes into an earlier post. Yet so much human interference has entered the records from the beginning that it is often difficult to tell what is genuine revelation and what is man-made mind-stuff.
In my own mystical experiences I discovered there is a non-human, non-biological being of formless consciousness that creates all things known and unknown to mankind. It deals only with individuals — not with religions, political parties, ideologies, sects, or cultures. I call it Reality.
Reality Reveals Itself Directly to Individuals
Reality reveals Itself spontaneously and directly to individuals: atheists, agnostics, seekers, and mystics. How those individuals are chosen remains a mystery even to mystics.
Why mystics exist, and what their precise function is, is not fully clear to me.
I have, however, been given the purpose of human existence: we are parts of this Reality sent into the world in human form — black, brown, muddy white, golden — easily recognised by other humans. We are here to harvest consciousness (awareness), whether we know it or not, like it or not, so that Reality’s own consciousness may increase. Scientists, interestingly, report that consciousness appears to be growing at an alarming rate.
What My Experiences Did Not Include
Nowhere in this understanding is there room for me to speak about after-death experiences, out-of-body experiences, or rebirth. I have not encountered them in any of my mystical experiences.
I did once discover chakra awakening through my own experiment and will never do so again — it was powerfully uncontrollable and devastating in its effects.
I have also levitated once during a mystical experience and was disappointed; I thought I was on my way to see God, yet I simply descended back into this Keith thing.
And I have heard a voice, clearer than any ordinary hearing. It told me, three times, “All Is Well.” At the time I did not understand and felt the message must have been meant for someone else. I now know it was not. All Is Well whether we know it or not, like it or not.
We are given only what we need to know or are able to accept within the limitations Reality’s evolutionary processes have placed upon our species. Mystics appear to be the exception to this rule, so far as I know.
What Mystics Are Given
Mystics are given awareness of everything. In the actual mystical experiences of Reality that I underwent, nothing human remained — not even names or suffering.
There was only awareness of all things, a love beyond human experience, and ineffable joy.

How to Discern Reality from Human Thinking
To those who ask how to distinguish what the human mind is thinking from what Reality is showing, I can only say: do not believe anything human. Nothing.
Humanity is temporary and not worth studying except as an awful warning that you are not paying attention to what you really are.
As a result of this understanding I know I am a what, not a who, and have been alienated from ordinary humanity ever since. That is why I do not teach, preach, proselytise, or evangelise.

That is also why I address only spontaneous mystical experiences of Reality. Reality wants no interference with its purpose. Reality does not negotiate. Reality, of which we are a part, is forever. Humans and their mind-stuff are not.
